16oz Medium Density Felt
Not just a flimsy piece of cloth. We use high quality 16oz polyester felt that is rigid enough to support the record but soft enough to protect it. Featuring a glazed surface to reduce friction.
Full Colour Print
We do not charge per colour. Whether it's a simple logo or a full-colour photo, the cost is the same. Our CMYK sublimation process produces vibrant colours and deep blacks with accurate reproduction.
Industry Standard Sizes
Our 12-inch slipmats are sized perfectly to fit standard platters without overhang. We also offer 7-inch mats that work perfectly on both portable scratch turntables and standard setups.
Sublimation vs. The Rest
Dye Sublimation (Criminyl Standard)
We use CMYK Dye Sublimation. This process turns ink into gas, bonding it permanently inside the fibers of the 16oz felt. The result? The surface remains perfectly soft and smooth. No friction, no raised ink, and colors that never crack or fade.
Screen Printing (The Old Way)
Traditional screen printing lays a thick layer of plastisol ink on top of the mat. This creates a crusty "glaze" that scratches records, creates drag for scratching, and eventually cracks over time.

You don't need to be a graphic designer to get a great result. We've ditched the confusing templates, just upload your image and let our design tool do the work.
Size & Quality
A 12" slipmat is surprisingly big. For the best results, we recommend an image around 3600 x 3600 pixels. Size isn't everything though, we achieve great results with much smaller images.
High-resolution JPG or PNG files are perfect. You do not need to provide vector files such as PDF or EPS, though we happily accept them.
Photos or Logos
When you have a logo or image with transparent background, our live slipmat design tool lets you set what background colour you would like printed, or you can leave it the base white colour of the slipmat.
If you have a full colour photo, the design tool lets you position, scale, and rotate it to fit the circular slipmat shape perfectly.
We Check Everything
We are real people, not robots. We manually check and prepare every artwork file for printing. If there is an issue, we pause the order and get in touch with you to discuss it.
All new slipmat designs go through our Design Approval process. We never print blindly, designs require your approval for printing before we proceed.

Design Approval
Every new design enters our design approval process. We don't just hit print as soon as you place an order; we review your design and your uploaded file to ensure it is print-ready and setup correctly.
When prepared, you will receive a link via email to review and approve your designs for printing. This is your chance to request final edits or ask questions before we commit ink to felt.
Print & Ship
Retail orders typically ship within 3-5 days following the approval of any new slipmat designs. Every order is printed with the care and attention to detail that it deserves for the best results.
Wholesale lead times scale with volume. Expect 5-7 days for small batches (up to 100), 7-10 days for medium batches (up to 500), and up to 20 days for large runs (1000 or more). Contact us.
